You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state while receiving gentle Reiki energy in a calm, inclusive space where all of you is welcome.

You can just lie down, breathe… and receive.

You don't have to be falling apart to deserve support.

* Guided relaxation to settle your nervous system

Please bring:

Yoga mat, cushion, water bottle and whatever else you need to be comfortable.
