The Real Gardens of Lyonville 2024

Returning for 2024 our Real Gardens of Lyonville event is a showcase of our local cool climate gardens.  Small and large, wild and manicured, you will see a selection of gardens to pique your interest. This year we have five open gardens including a permaculture garden with hempcrete eco-house.  We also have two very special feature  gardens, both separately ticketed: Babbington Park and Fleurs de Lyonville.

Registrations commence from 9.30am at the Lyonville Hall where you will be given a leaflet with a map and description of the gardens.  

There are three ticket options: Garden Friend, Garden Lover and Flower Lover. Garden Friend tickets ($25) gives access to the five gardens.  Garden Lover tickets ($25) allow access to Babbington Park only and tickets are limited to 30 so book early. Flower Lover tickets ($25) allow access to Fleurs de Lyonville only.  You are welcome to buy a single ticket type, a combination of any two tickets or all 3 ticket types which will give you access to all gardens. You are free to explore the gardens in any order and will be given a map once you register at the Lyonville Hall between 9.30 - 10am.

All tickets give access to free garden talks at the hall from 2.30 - 3.30pm. 

Please dress for the weather and wear boots or sturdy shoes. We love dogs but not when visiting these gardens please.  All children must be under adult supervision. 

Morning tea ($10 for coffee and cake) and lunches ($18-$20 for picnic-style lunch, vegetarian or non-vegetarian) can be pre-ordered.  For catering, please let us know any dietary requirements by selecting the appropriate lunch package when you book.
