The Real Purpose of Yoga & Meditation with Acharya Das

Event description

Ever since Yoga and Meditation were introduced to the Western world on a major scale 60 years ago, their popularity has soared. Yet, despite this widespread interest, the true purpose of these ancient practices often remains misunderstood. These practices offer more than just relaxation—they provide profound insights into who you are, where true happiness can be found, and how a deep sense of purpose can guide your life.

We warmly invite you to embark on a unique journey of self-discovery with our renowned guest speaker, Acharya das. With over 40 years of personal experience, Acharya das will illuminate the deeper meaning behind Yoga and Meditation, revealing how these time-honoured practices can bring clarity, peace, and purpose, even in today's fast-paced world.

The evening will include Kirtan Meditation, Q & A session, and a delicious vegetarian meal as well! (with vegan options)

Everyone is invited to join us.

Who is Acharya das? Acharya das is a respected teacher of Vedic and yogic philosophy, meditation and kirtan, and a practitioner of the transcendental science of Bhakti Yoga. Acharya Das has taught yoga wisdom to appreciative audiences for over 40 years. He has an uncommonly deep understanding of yoga philosophy and practice and conveys that message in a clear and simple way.
