The Red Tent is a sanctuary, a place where women gather to connect, share, and honour the divine feminine within themselves and each other.

Inspired by ancient traditions, this space offers a respite from the demands of daily life, allowing you to reconnect with your intuition, cycles, and inner wisdom. 

Within the safety of the Red Tent, stories are shared, tears and laughter flow freely, and women support one another through life’s transitions.

This is a place to feel seen and heard—a place where every woman is celebrated exactly as she is.

What to expect when you enter the Red Tent-

We enter the red tent as equals and we leave our daily lives behind. We come together to collectively shift our frequency in order to heal & revitalise. We honour our seasons and cycles. We replenish, relax, reflect & reconnect. We engage our senses & experience pleasure. We  luxuriate. We bare our souls to each other when we are ready, sharing our deepest desires & fears.  Secrets may be revealed and  life choices supported.  We can be seen and heard without judgement or unwanted advice. We are gently encouraged to tap into our own innate wisdom and share our gifts with each other.
