Then join us for a transformative 3-hour breathwork workshop. Explore the profound Circular Breathing technique to release tension, alleviate stress, and cultivate a more resilient nervous system which will enhance your mental clarity and give you access to more available energy so you can take control of your life and shape your desired path moving forward.

The breathwork technique: Circular Breathing is a 50-60 minute rhythmic practice, rooted in the Holotropic Breathwork lineage, guided by Steven and his co-facilitator with a curated music playlist. This technique helps release stored tension, trapped emotions and associated memories, while expanding the nervous system's window of tolerance. (Please note this is not Wim Hoff breathing and it is not Pranayama. There are no breath holds and no pauses throughout the breathwork session.)
** Also note that Steven offers all attendees 3 different variations of the breathwork technique which range from very gentle to a more slightly intense version. Every attendee has the right to choose how they want to breathe throughout the breathwork session.
THIS BREATHWORK WORKSHOP IS FOR: Men and women 18 years and over.
THIS BREATHWORK WORKSHOP IS NOT FOR PREGNANT WOMEN. If you are pregnant please know that this style of breathwork can be harmful to the gestation process. Please do not attend if you are pregnant.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Yoga mat and or blanket. (The studio does supply yoga mats, bolsters and blankets but you may want to bring your own)
- Journal or writing material to record your experience afterwards (optional).
- Water bottle and water.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing.
- Lip balm (if you use it)
- **NOTE: You will be sent a detailed email on the day before the event including information for car parking. Be sure to check your 'spam' folder just in the case the email goes into there.**
REFUND POLICY: Refunds are available up to 7 days of the event. Within 7 days of the event there are no refunds, if for some chance you cannot make it to the event someone else is more than welcome to attend with your ticket, please contact us if this is the case.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Breathwork can lead to specific physiological changes and may trigger intense physical or emotional releases. The conditions listed below are contraindicated for this style of breathwork. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR if you have any of these contraindications and obtain their permission if you wish to attend. Once you have approval, please inform Steven prior to attending the workshop. Severe asthma, Complications from covid, Heart conditions: (High Blood Pressure, Cardiovascular disease, Angina, Previous heart attack) History of stroke, Epilepsy or history of seizures, Acute physical injuries or Recent surgery, Diabetes, Severe PTSD, Severe mental illness issues: (Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition), Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect the ability to engage in any activities that involve deep physical and/or emotional release, Glaucoma, Kidney disease, Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen, Uncontrolled thyroid conditions, Detached retina.

ABOUT STEVEN J TODD: Steven is a transformational life coach, breathwork practitioner and lead facilitator at The Reset. With a passion for helping individuals overcome disconnection and overwhelm, he specializes in nervous system regulation to guide clients toward grounding, balance and self-connection. Steven is a leader in the breathwork field with over seven years of experience having led breathwork workshops and 1:1 sessions for well over a thousand participants worldwide and has earned a reputation as an international expert in the field. He lived in Ubud, Bali (known as the yoga and breathwork capital of the world) from 2017 until 2022 where he honed his facilitation skills and brings a unique depth of expertise to his practice. He is now based in Auckland, New Zealand.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING AT THE EVENT: A small amount of filming and photography will take place during the event, captured by Steven or his co-facilitator, for social media marketing to promote future workshops. The content will be non-invasive and general, focusing on the group and various phases of the workshop rather than individuals. If you prefer not to appear in any photos or footage, you can request exclusion, and the facilitators will accommodate your wishes. More details will be provided in the pre-workshop email, and this will also be discussed before the start of the event.
