The Restoration Room – 8-Week Wellness Workshop

Life’s challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and stuck in cycles of pain. The Restoration Room is an 8-week trauma-informed Wellness Workshop designed to help you explore and discuss the struggles that weigh heaviest on your heart and mind. This is a space for deep reflection, healing, and growth, guided by registered therapist Saxon Brazier.

Throughout this course, you will:

✔ Explore Core Challenges – Learn about issues that often feel the most difficult to navigate.

✔ Gain Practical Tools – Learn evidence-based strategies to manage emotions, build resilience, and foster self-compassion.

✔ Find Support & Community – Experience the power of shared healing & support in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

✔ Engage in Therapeutic Conversations – Share at your own pace, listen to others, and develop deeper self-awareness.

Each session is carefully structured around a specific topic, offering a mix of psychoeducation, personal reflection, and shared experience.

You’ll begin with a check-in to ground yourself and connect with the group.

Next, we’ll dive into psychoeducation, providing tools and insights on the topic at hand. This will be followed by a time to share, where you’ll hear from others and know you’re not alone in what you’re moving through or carrying.

The container is designed to be safe and confidential, fostering a sense of trust, comfort, and mutual respect throughout.

Dates: Every Thursday, starting on April 17th from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, running until June 5th (8 weeks in total).
