The Rite of the Womb

Let’s heal our womb.
Let’s heal our mother’s, sister’s, and daughter’s wombs.
In this way, let’s offer healing to Mother Earth and all living beings.

A lineage of women from the Spirit world came through the Peruvian jungle medicine to bestow us an initiation: The Rite of the Womb

 
The Rite of the Womb is an initiation given by lineage of women who freed themselves from suffering and they want us to remember that we did not come to suffer, but to be powerful Creatresses.

This initiation was offered for the first time to Marcela Lobos* in the jungles of Peru in 2014 while Marcela was working with plant medicine.
The “Gift of the Rite of the Womb” was bestowed on Marcela to share it throughout the world.

“I first met the lineage in a dream in 2002 when they appeared as beautiful midwives helping me deliver a ‘dead baby’ I was carrying in my womb. In the years to come, I understood that my dead baby symbolised the death that women carry since the moment we shut down our creative power. This is a collective process that began over 4,000 years ago when the Goddess was relegated to a second place shadowed by an all mighty masculine god” Marcela Lobos

After receiving the Rite and nurturing its Truth, our Womb space starts to remember her Wisdom and we become the Creatresses of the world we long for our children’s children. We also become one with the lineage of Womb Keepers

=> THE RITE OF THE WOMB IS PART OF THE MUNAY-KI INITIATIONS
The Munay-Ki are ten rites which prepare us to birth ourselves wholly into the times to come. Is a body of wisdom coming from the spiritual Andes (www.thefourwinds.com/the-rites-of-the-munay-ki).

=> If your uterus has been removed it is even more important that you receive this rite. Energetically you still have your womb and it is vital that you reconnect with Her to reclaim your feminine wisdom and power.

=> If you are pregnant, this rite is a blessing for you, the mother, and your baby. Honour your intuition and ask your baby if she/he would like to receive this initiation.

=> This particular circle will be for women only. However, men can also receive this rite. I

=> I am considering the opportunity to offer this ceremony in the future for both men and women. All life comes from the womb of the Earth and all men come from a woman’s womb. It is just as important that men become womb keepers, as it is important for women. The way men are womb keepers is by letting women know that they support their healing journey.

⦁ A prayer ceremony of Yerba Mate (You will be invited to drink some tea or take home some of this tea. Drinking the Spirit of this plant creates the embodied feelings of friendship, community, belonging and graceful communication)



What to bring:

⦁ A cushion
⦁ A blanket & warm clothes & socks
⦁ Flowers for the ceremony
⦁ A Journal (if you feel guided)
⦁ A skirt, dress or mantle (cape-like garment) to wear during the ceremony
⦁ A crystal (optional – if you would like to charge it with the energy of the ceremony. Suggested womb healing crystals are rose quartz, amethyst, malachite and carnelian)


You are also invited to bring a dish to share (if possible gluten and dairy free). We will provide with tea and coffee and some snacks.
You are encouraged to stay after 6.00pm to allow extra time to integrate the experience, enjoy some heart-to-heart conversations and share some nourishing food.
