Why the Rose?

  • The Rose is connected with the Heart and love.
  • The Rose is the ancient symbol of the divine feminine.
  • Rose incense soothes the emotions and energises the heart chakra.
  • It can also help with depression by soothing the nerves.
  • It increases love, compassion and devotion.
  • In Aromatherapy the Rose is known as the 'Queen of Flowers'
  • Rose oil is known for being calming, uplifting and balancing emotions.
  • Rose gives a sense of security and spiritual attunement.
  • Rose can promote sleep, reduce anger, calm and soothe.

    What is involved?

    • You will be welcomed into a safe and loving space in my home meditation studio.
    • We will be surrounded by roses and rose crystals (you may wish to bring your own as well.)
    • You will be asked to choose a Rose oracle card (if you wish.)
    • We will have a beautiful opening circle and meditation together.
    • We will anoint ourselves with beautiful Rose oil and incense.
    • We will drop fully into our divine feminine with some gentle movement practices (no experience necessary.)
    • We will share Rose tea together in beautiful tea cups and share our hearts (only if you want to.)
    • I will guide you using my voice and sometimes various instruments and/or music into the practice of Yin Breathwork

    • What is Yin Breathwork?

          1. a gentle form of guided breathing in and out of the nose accompanied by various sound dealing instruments including crystal sound bowls, drums and flute.
          2. Developed by Leonard Orr who taught Daniel Coates (Suntara) who then handed on the teachings to me.
          3. Yin Breathwork is completed lying down in a Shavasana position
          4. Yin Breathwork is a very simple technique available to anyone. You cannot get it wrong.
          5. This is a non force, non cathartic method of breathwork. There are often no 'visible' or outward signs of release of stress and tension in the body however the effects are very deep and profound and my continue for days.

          Benefits of Yin Breathwork:

    • Achieve an altered state of consciousness without the use of psychedelic drugs.
    • Total mind and body relaxation.
    • Boost Mood
    • Reduce Stress
    • Improve heart and lung function
    • Lower blood pressure
    • Improve alertness, focus and memory
    • Promote creativity
    • Self Healing
    This journey is for:
    - those ready to explore altered states of consciousness,
    - awaken their inner power and
    - embrace the beauty of their soul's truth.

Don't miss this opportunity to step into a new chapter of clarity, love and expansion.
