We wish to inform you of a change to our Ruahine Menopause Empowerment Symposium. Anika Moa will no longer be the MC for our event. We are, however, thrilled to announce that the incredible Benita Tahuri will now take on this role.

Benita brings a wealth of experience, mana, and a deep connection to kaupapa Māori, ensuring our event will remain a powerful and empowering space for all.

Join us for a powerful day of kōrero, connection, and learning, focused on traditional Māori practices surrounding Ruahinetanga (menopause). Together, we will create a supportive framework for wāhine across Aotearoa.

We’re honored to have Dr. Ngahuia Murphy, Dr. Sally Rye, and Awhitia Mihaere as our mana wahine speakers, sharing their expertise throughout the day. Ticket packages include the opportunity to pre-order Dr. Ngahuia Murphy’s stunning new pukapuka 'Intuitive Ritual'—launching in November—at a 10% discount, with book signings available during the event.

This event promises an unforgettable evening filled with cultural richness, emotional depth, and artistic excellence, creating a space to connect with the sacred feminine energy that flows through us all.
