The Sacred Reveal: Life Modelling & Embodied Confidence for Women

Join us for a unique and transformative day devoted to self-love and body acceptance as our divine birthright.

Welcome Sister, to The Sacred Reveal.

This is a safe place where we can come together to unravel internalized and ancestral patriarchalization and in a supportive, compassionate and playful environment. It is a place where together we will step into remembering and embodying that as women, our divine birthright is beauty, freedom and sisterhood.

Through group connection, therapeutic tremoring - an effective technique that works to release stuck energies and beliefs - and guided embodiment practices of artistic self-love and singing we will step into this pool of self-care and self-love

Once layers of conditioning have been released and we are holding the field of “we are women, we are here to support each other, we are beautiful, we are free” this will be embodied through a guided group process: the Sacred Reveal where the focus is not on what is taken away (‘stripping’), but simply on who we already are and always have been: beautiful and free.

Let’s say goodbye to the layers of socialization that automatically shrouded our divine light when we incarnated, layers that we came here to purify and shrug off for ourselves, for the collective and our ancestors. 

Together, with playfulness, the beauty of ritual and creative art processes, this “shrugging off” becomes a joyful process full of laughter, and yes maybe a few tears, but you will be safely held and emerge with a deeper love, appreciation for and dedication to cherishing your body.

As women our bodies are beautiful, expressive and creative vessels. The planet shifts and the Mother sings in delight as more women live and breathe this as truth, rather than remain covered by the shroud of shame, competition and self-judgement that the media may try to place upon us - and that has been placed upon our red thread, our female ancestral line in the last 6,000 years - or earlier, since the birth of patrilineal societies.

Alongside this paradigm shifting journey, participants will learn the practical art of life modeling, including how to pose comfortably and confidently, explore a range of poses, work with artists, and how to create and facilitate their own life drawing sessions as a potential source of income.

The day concludes with a life drawing experience where participants will have the opportunity to model for one another in pairs, grounding the stronger sense of safety, self-acceptance, confidence, self-love and embodied freedom cultivated throughout the workshop.

This immersive workshop runs from 10am - 4pm and is facilitated by two experienced women who combine the practical skills of professional life modeling and life drawing with powerful embodied practices for self-discovery and personal transformation.

We are blessed enough to be supported in this journey by the hundreds of millions of women who walked as nature, free of shame, relatively recently upon this land and to remember those in our deep ancestral past.

***Please note as this workshop can touch on past traumas, it is highly recommended individual women be able to navigate their emotional terrain and reach out for further professional help as needed.***

About Your Hosts:

Elizabeth Rose is a multi-disciplinary artist (dance, visual arts, performance art & writing) who works with Eco-Somatic Arts; a convergence of our innate creative power, the seen & unseen realms of nature plus the untapped potential within our bodies. She works within the Purification Space and has a background in the arts, teaching, arts therapies, is currently writing a book and sometimes plays as a jellyfish. She is a mother and 48 years old.

Zoe Everest is a professional musician, voice teacher, and founder of Tremor to Freedom. With a background spanning singing, performance, nervous system support, and embodied expression. She creates grounded, powerful spaces for women to reconnect with their bodies, voices, and sense of self. She is a mother and 42 years old.
