The Sacred Sessions – A Journey Through Ceremony, Music, Movement and Live Sound 

Step into a space where music, movement and sound become a gateway to deep connection, awakening, and divine guidance.

✨ Begin with opening the Medicine Wheel to set the container for the highest possible journey

✨ Ceremonial cacao ritual to open the heart, connect with the energy of the earth, and energise
✨ Be guided through a gentle Pranayama (''prana' = life force, 'ayama' = to extend) meditation to ground, awaken your energy, drop out of mind and into your body
✨ Flow into a gently guided ecstatic dance, where a DJ set, accompanied by live instruments, carries you through waves of rhythm, release, and intuitive movement
✨ Surrender into a nourishing sound healing with live sound and voice, allowing vibrations to integrate your journey and deepen your connection to Self and Spirit

This is more than just dance — it’s a sacred ritual of expression, elevation, and inner wisdom. No experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to receive.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:

• A kind and alcohol- and drug-free space to unleash without judgment or boundaries

• Coming into the present moment and into your body through your breath in a gentle, guided Pranayama exercise (not the same as breath work)

• A carefully curated live DJ set that will take you on a journey through the elements, encompassing tribal and world rhythms, Afro house, Latin house, and big drops

• Weaving of live instruments into the dance journey

• Letting it all go on the dance floor, with open ears

• Integration of the dance through a beautiful sound healing by Saíumi

• A deep and joyous reconnection with Self and body in a way you didn't realise you needed

• A connection with other like-minded people in a gentle space

PLEASE BRING:

• A bottle of water to stay hydrated!

• A yoga mat and blanket for the sound healing (if you don't own one, please let me know - I will have a few spares)

• An open mind :)

• Please wear clothes that express who you are and that you can also move freely in

• Please arrive 5 mins early so we may honour time and so you may settle into the space.

CACAO:

Cacao is generally a fairly mild medicine, but there are a few cases where it may not be suitable for you:

• If you take high doses of Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs)

• If you have a heart conditions: caution is required because of increased heart rate and the vasodilation effects of cacao

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:

AnJel (Angela Jelita) is a passionate Ecstatic Dance Facilitator, DJ, Vocalist, and Energy Healer. She comes alive when holding space for others to experience absolute freedom and bliss through her favourite medicines of music and movement. Her Reiki-infused ecstatic dance sets are a fusion of organic and world rhythms, Afro house, Afro tech, Latin house, and psytrance. AnJel is known for drawing others into their own vitality, freedom, and wild joy through the high energy that she channels. Expect a lively set with big drops!

Saíumi creates potent, transformative musical experiences with a fusion of world instruments and live looping,. Guided by sacred traditions and the elemental sounds of nature, his music flows from deep tribal rhythms to ambient bliss - fully improvised and crafted live in the moment. Saíumi’s sets are immersive journeys that awaken embodied movement, deep presence, and heartfelt connection. Weaving together flutes, handpan, didgeridoo, piano, voice, and percussion, he creates portals that awaken the body, soften the heart, and illuminate the soul. His intention is to create beautiful music that uplifts and inspires, offering an authentic space for dance, moving meditation, and deep inner journeys.
