Event description

The Sacred Sessions
Not just dance.
A journey.
A release.
A return to yourself.

Breathe. Move. Let go. Be guided by music and live instruments into a space where your body finds freedom and your spirit feels alive. End wrapped in sound, grounded and open.

Your journey begins here. 💫

We gather in circle to arrive and settle, guided by simple Pranayama to quiet the mind and connect with the body.

As the music builds, you’ll be invited to explore movement in your own way — no steps, no performance, just freedom. The rhythms will carry you deeper into flow, helping you reconnect with parts of yourself that are often forgotten.

When the music softens, you’ll rest into a soundscape of live instruments, letting the vibrations wash through you, leaving you clear, calm, and renewed.

Bring yourself as you are. The rest will unfold.
