The Sacred Vessel
Event description
An invitation to hold and be held by the Earth into a journey of deep centered connection.
Together we will process through clay work and creative nature therapies to face and release any fears, doubts and worries that may present themselves throughout pregnancy and birth.
As women we have a deep need to gather, to sit in ceremony, to share and support our inner worlds.. Especially when we are growing life!
So please, come and immerse yourself in a day of self love, surrounded by your sisters- other pregnant Mummas - in a beautiful natural setting on private land in the Adelaide Hills and held lovingly by myself
- A free birthing powerhouse, pre and post-partum care advocate and mistress of clay who used this exact practice of vessel making to help work through my fears of birth
&
- My dear friend Tanya, a magical wise woman with knowledge of many things natural and medicinal. She has a special love for caring for Mummas and assisting their processing through nature (many years facilitating eco art therapy, deep ecology) in her newly created healing forest and medicinal garden, a space curated for comfortable nature connection.
The day will be held partly outside, partly inside a magical rainbow charkra tent with the comfort of swelling bellies considered and accommodated for!
Our morning will begin at 10am with a cacao ceremony & opening support circle then continue into deepening practices of centering, finding inner strength and connection to yourself and your womb space.
A delicious nourishing lunch featuring my favourite selections from pregnancy will be served for lunch and delectable treats throughout the day because.. we get it.
In the afternoon we will guide you through crafting your own sacred vessel that will then be taken to be fired and available to pick up at a later date. We will aim to be finished at 4pm.
All art supplies and clay materials are of course provided & the land will provide us with fresh, pregnancy friendly herbal teas.
Things to bring
-A journal & pen or your favourite art supplies
-Warm clothes and a hat
-Anything you need to feel supported and comfortable
Looking forward to creating with you, each other and the earth
