Welcome to a transformative journey of self-care, serenity, and mindfulness!
Join us for a unique 7-session weekly series where we’ll explore the art of being present and cultivating inner peace. Each 45-minute session combines gentle yoga movements, the calming stillness of meditation, and the soothing vibrations of a sound bath—designed to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and harmony.
Whether you’re new to these practices or have years of experience, these sessions are a safe, welcoming space to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with your inner self.
What to Expect
- Yoga: Move your body with ease through gentle, grounding postures to help you release tension, find balance and anchor yourself in the present moment.
- Meditation: Enjoy a guided meditation to help you breathe deeply and quiet your mind as you embrace the power of stillness and presence.
- Sound Bath: Let the resonant tones of crystal bowls, and chimes wash over you, bringing profound relaxation to your body and mind.
Each week, we’ll focus on a theme to guide our practice and deepen our connection to the present moment:
Session 1: Root Centre – Grounding and Foundation
Theme: “Rooted in the Present”
We begin our journey at the Root Chakra, the foundation of stability and connection to the earth. This session focuses on grounding practices, including steady yoga poses and a calming meditation to release fear and bring a sense of safety. A deep, resonant sound bath will support grounding and balance.
Session 2: Sacral Centre – Flow and Creativity
Theme: “Flowing Freely”
This week, we explore the Sacral Chakra, the seat of creativity and emotional flow. Through gentle, fluid yoga movements, we’ll release blockages and invite a sense of ease and pleasure. Meditation will help tap into our creative potential, while the sound bath fosters openness and joy.
Session 3: Solar Plexus Centre – Confidence and Vitality
Theme: “Igniting Inner Power”
The Solar Plexus Chakra invites us to step into our personal power and embrace self-confidence.
Session 4: Heart Centre – Love and Connection
Theme: “Opening the Heart”
This session centers on the Heart Chakra, the gateway to love, compassion, and forgiveness. Heart-opening yoga postures will help release emotional tension, while meditation cultivates self-love and connection to others. A soothing sound bath will guide you to a space of unconditional love and peace.
Session 5: Throat Centre – Clarity and Communication
Theme: “Speaking with Intention”
In this session, we connect with the Throat Chakra, the center of authentic self-expression. Gentle yoga stretches for the neck and shoulders will release tension, while meditation encourages truth and clarity in communication. A sound bath will harmonize this energy center, inviting a sense of ease in expressing your true self.
Session 6: Third Eye Centre – Vision and Intuition
Theme: “Awakening Inner Wisdom”
The Third Eye Chakra is our center of insight, intuition, and clarity. This session includes a meditation designed to heighten your intuitive awareness. The sound bath will enhance inner vision and help quiet the mental chatter, inviting clear insight.
Session 7: Crown Centre – Peace and Unity
Theme: “Embracing Wholeness”
Our journey concludes with the Crown Chakra, the center of spiritual connection and unity. This restorative session will feature gentle poses to invite stillness and surrender, followed by a meditation on inner peace and connection to the universe. A celestial sound bath will guide you into a deep state of harmony and oneness.
Our sessions are open to all—whether it’s your first experience or a continuation of your practice, you’re welcome here.

Note: We provide yoga mats and block if needed, however, you are welcome to bring your own.

Limitations and Considerations
While our sessions are designed to be safe and gentle, we do not recommend participation if any of the following applies to you:
- Severe Physical Limitations or Injuries
If you have severe physical injuries or conditions that limit movement or require medical clearance for exercise, please consult your healthcare provider before attending. Modifications can be made, but certain poses may still be challenging.
- Pregnancy (Especially First Trimester)
Pregnant individuals are welcome but should proceed with caution, especially during the first trimester. Some poses and sound frequencies may not be advisable, so please let us know in advance so we can offer appropriate modifications.
- Implanted Medical Devices
If you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical devices, the vibrations from the sound bath may interfere. Please check with your doctor beforehand.
- Epilepsy or Sound-Induced Seizures
Those with a history of epilepsy or sound-induced seizures should exercise caution, as sound vibrations may occasionally trigger a response.
