With emotions going through unprecedented highs and lows, keeping you and your workforce’s wellbeing in check is more important than ever.

Wellbeing is best defined as part of a diverse and interconnected component of wellness that includes mental, physical, social and environmental wellbeing. The science of well-being has shown us that we all have wellbeing and can all improve it by doing things in each of these areas that are good for us.

The Science of wellbeing program has been designed to help you improve your WELLBEING over 4 x 90 minute sessions(via zoom) that cover the four areas of wellbeing.

Week 1: The science of enhancing wellbeing (13th October @ 1 – 2:30pm)

Week 2: Improving wellbeing with physical and environmental strategies (20th October @ 1 – 2:30pm)

Week 3: Improving wellbeing with thinking strategies (27th October @ 1 – 2:30pm)

Week 4: Improving wellbeing with social strategies (3rd November @ 1 – 2:30pm)
