The Seven Points of Mind Training: Lojong Retreat

Overview

Join Ven. Dekhung Gyaltsey Tulku Rinpoche for a weekend retreat in November.

This is a unique opportunity to discover and practice the Mahayana meditation methods of Lojong (mind training) and Tonglen (taking and sending). These simple yet profound practices are celebrated and practiced within all four schools of Tibetan Buddhism and offer a complete and accessible path to transform the heart and mind. Rinpoche will teach from Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Thaye’s commentary on the classic text.

This 2-day retreat is suitable and applicable for beginners as well as long-term practitioners.

Accommodation: Available both as residential and non-residential.
