The Six Perfections (paramitas) are the actions of the bodhisattvas—holy beings who have transcended selfless concerns. But they are also skills we can and should develop right now, in our messy, ordinary lives. (Lama Zopa Rinpoche)
By practising the Six Perfections we learn to progressively refine our minds and transform suffering into happiness.
Whether you are Buddhist or not, these teachings will help you learn to watch your body, speech and mind so that your way of being in the world brings happiness to you and those around you.
