Intimate 18th-century chamber music from France and Germany bu Jacques Hotteterre, Robert de Visee, J.S. Bach and C.P.E. Bach. The Elysium Ensemble is known for its style, elegance and flair. The title of the concert is drawn directly from a verse by John Dryden in 'A Song for St. Cecilia's Day (1687)
