The Songtellers: Featuring R&B and soul artist, Katherine Vavahea PLUS OPEN MIC Night!

Live Music Storytelling - Presented at the FunHaus Factory in Gosford.

Experience the heart of storytelling at The Songtellers, a community-powered music residency at The FunHaus, where artists and audiences connect through the magic of live music and raw, unfiltered narratives.

Curated by Capt Bluetongue of The Marvellous Hearts, each event is a transformative experience that fosters creativity, diversity, and community connection on the Central Coast.

This November, we’re honoured to showcase Katherine Vavahea, a remarkable R&B and Soul artist, and proud Indigenous Pasifika woman. Known for her deep, soulful vocals and captivating presence, Katherine brings a fresh voice to the Australian music scene. With smooth, modern beats and melodies inspired by legends like Aretha Franklin and Marvin Gaye, she bridges the classic and contemporary in a sound that’s uniquely hers.

An integral member of The Marvellous Hearts and The Mescaldos, Katherine’s music invites us all to connect, reflect, and get inspired together.
