Hi I'm Steph; fully qualified sound bath practitioner with the British Academy of Sound Therapy.

The BAST method combines specific instruments + techniques to create a low-frequency soundscape, consciously composed to guide your brainwaves into a deeply relaxed state, and ease any physical or mental tension. Actively helping your nervous system shift from stress to deep, restorative healing.

Come experience sound with intention, and leave with calmness and presence.

All you need to bring is yourselves, a yoga mat and any pillows/blankets/eye masks you need to get yourself comfortable. Please ensure you arrive on time with your ticket ready, as I will not be able to admit latecomers once the session has started.

In order to safeguard all attendees, I need to be aware of any contraindications, in the rare case that a session may not be suitable for you at this time. Please note that for insurance purposes, I cannot treat anyone under 3 months pregnant.

While these conditions might not affect your experience, please email me on stephsoundtherapy@gmail.com before booking a ticket if you have:

A diagnosed mental health condition such as PTSD, bipolar or schizophrenia.
Are prone to seizures, or have epilepsy.
An epipen, or require any lifesaving medication.
Any serious medical condition or special need that I should be aware of (i.e. any metal plates in the body, recent surgery, or do you need a chair instead of lying down?)
