My eldest brother (I have three) whom I love dearly, is heading away for the weekend and asked me to house sit, so I decided to hijack his grass and share it with you! It's a beautiful space to disconnect.

That being said, step into a space where sound becomes your guide and presence becomes your power. In this immersive experience, we’ll use nature to ground, frequency to heal, and breath to reset.

Whether within the open bell tent or lying on the grass, you’ll explore the symphony of life around you—birds, wind, distant hums of cars, and even unexpected interruptions—learning to embrace them as part of your mindfulness journey.

We’ll conclude with a deeply restorative guided relaxation, sound healing through wireless headsets, and gentle breathwork to help you attune to the world in a whole new way.

Please Note:

This is an outdoor experience, inviting you to surrender to the present moment—whatever it may bring.

Life is full of unexpected challenges, and this session is about finding calm, beauty, and acceptance in where we are.

Comfort First – Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything to help you fully relax, such as a blanket or pillow. If lying outside, you’re welcome to bring a mat, towel, layback chair, camp chair or anything else for comfort—the grass may be damp, but if you're open to it like I will be, embrace the grounding connection with nature, take off your shoes and lay on the grass!
Inside the bell tent, yoga mats only will be provided. Bring a pillow for under your head & knees if needed, this can assist with lower back support for added comfort.
Parking & Arrival – Please park on the footpath rather than driving in. Look for the balloons on the mailbox to find us easily.
Essentials – Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and please arrive having been to the toilet, as it’s a short walk to the nearest one.
Nature’s Presence – As we are outdoors, please be mindful of any sensitivities to the environment, such as grass, insects, or seasonal allergens. Participation is at your own discretion, and by joining, you acknowledge the natural elements of this experience.
