The Sounds of Rhythm in Spring
Event description
The Sounds of Rhythm in Spring
An African Drumming & Spinal Energetics Gathering
Inspired by our founder’s recent travels through Africa, The Sounds of Rhythm in Spring brings together the ancient heartbeat of live African drumming with the modern alchemy of Spinal Energetics. The night begins with an immersive drumming performance to set the tone, before the drumming continues as the backdrop to a group Spinal Energetics session guided by our skilled HQ Level 2 practitioners. The combination of rhythm, sound and spontaneous movement creates a powerful and engaging experience that draws you deeper into your body and spine. The evening concludes with a chance to integrate the session and leave in a clear, uplifted state.
This special event will be facilitated by our team of experienced and passionate Level 2 Spinal Energetics HQ practitioners - Kirsty Saunders, Tim Pollock and Heidi Maree. And the music component will be brought to life by Super Mande Percussion.
The Sounds of Rhythm in Spring will be our last event at HQ for 2025, limited spaces available so we encourage you to secure your ticket today.

What is Spinal Energetics?
Spinal Energetics is a modality created by Dr Sarah Jane Perri. It works with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field to stir what’s held in the body and move it. Using light to often no touch, the body responds with natural movement and sound. It’s not choreographed. It’s not controlled. It’s a response to something deeper - and often, long overdue.
