The Sovereign Method — Live | Adelaide
Description
Perth sold out. Sydney sold out. Melbourne sold out.
Adelaide — you're next, and this is the smallest room of the tour: 33 seats.
Most Australian property investors are stuck at one. One property, negatively geared, eating cash flow every month — and a lending structure that quietly guarantees the bank says no to the next one. That is not a portfolio. That is a ceiling — and nobody sold it to you as a ceiling.
On Sunday 1 November, SPIG founder Jasmiit Siingh brings The Sovereign Method to Adelaide for one evening, on the two problems that keep serious income-earners stuck: the CASH FLOW problem and the STRUCTURE problem — and how disciplined investors set up their finance, their entities and their acquisition sequence so the portfolio keeps compounding past two, past four, toward six-plus properties held the right way.
This is a working session, not a seminar of slogans. Bring your numbers. Ask your hardest questions.
WHAT WE COVER
• Why "buy where you live and hope" is a postcode habit, not a strategy
• The cash flow architecture that stops a portfolio stalling at property one
• Ownership structures — what the top 1% of investors do differently BEFORE they buy
• How SPIG's research-led Sovereign Method screens an entire country for the handful of suburbs worth owning
• Live Q&A with Jasmiit — no question off the table
WHO THIS IS FOR
Professionals and business owners who are specialists at work but amateurs with their money — and know it. First property or fourth: if you intend to build past the ceiling, this room is for you.

WHY BOOK NOW
Every SPIG room this year has sold out — three cities, three sell-outs. This is a 33-seat room, the smallest of the tour, and 10 of those seats are VIP. If the pattern holds, waiting is how you miss it.
General Admission $77 · VIP $150
No income promises. No guaranteed returns — anyone who promises you a return is someone you should walk away from. Just the method, the structures, and straight answers.
