A Monthly Mindfulness in Motion Event
Join me for a gentle, grounding morning designed to help you step out of autopilot and come back to yourself. We’ll begin with a mindful bush walk, allowing you to connect with nature and reset your body and mind in the quiet of the outdoors. After our walk, we’ll ease into a blend of calming movement, breathwork, and stillness, helping you create space — in your body, your mind, and your day. Whether you’re feeling stretched thin, stuck in your head, or simply craving time for yourself, this workshop offers a chance to reset.
No experience needed — just a willingness to slow down and be present. We’ll finish the morning with a soothing cup of tea, allowing you to take a moment to relax and connect with the group.

What to Bring:
- Please wear comfortable walking shoes
- Clothing that's comfortable to move in
- Warmer clothes or a blanket if it's cold for the meditation
- A cushion for under your knees if you have a tight lower back or for your neck if it needs more support
- An exercise mat
