If your child loves colour, creativity and a little bit of sparkle — this is their moment.
These school holidays, Squiggle & Shake returns to Marnong Estate for a limited-run kids’ paint and sip experience designed to inspire confidence, imagination and pure joy.
This isn’t a craft table in the corner.
It’s a vibrant, music-filled creative session where young artists (aged 5–14) step into their own spotlight — guided by our friendly instructors, surrounded by colour, and finishing with a canvas masterpiece they’ll be proud to hang at home.
And yes… there are milkshakes.

Marnong Estate is fully licensed. No outside food, drinks, pets or ball games permitted.

FAQs
- Do parents need to stay?
Yes — a parent or guardian must remain onsite for the full duration of the workshop.
While our team will assist children through the workshop, this is not a childcare service. Parents are welcome to relax nearby, enjoy the estate, or supervise from the seating area beside the workshop space.
Limited seating is available inside the room for supervising adults.
- What age group is the workshop suitable for?
The workshop is designed for children aged 5–14 years.
Younger children may require a little more hands-on help from their parent or guardian during the session.
- What should my child wear?
Old and comfortable clothing is recommended. It will get colourful!
- Can parents join in?
Parents are welcome to assist younger children if needed, take photos and enjoy the experience from the side of the room.
To ensure every child has space to participate safely, the painting stations are designed primarily for registered children.
- Can siblings or extra family members attend without a ticket?
Due to limited capacity within the workshop space, only ticketed children can participate in the workshop.
Parents and guardians accompanying children do not require a ticket to remain onsite.
- Are photos allowed?
Absolutely — we encourage parents to capture the fun moments, colourful smiles and finished canvases throughout the workshop.
- Is parking available?
Yes — complimentary onsite parking is available at Marnong Estate for all guests attending the workshop.
