As part of THE STAND, NO MORE is hosting a free one-hour online information session for organisations that want to take practical action to help prevent domestic and family violence.
You don’t need to be a DFV expert. You don’t need to have a plan already. And you don’t need to know exactly what your organisation should do.
We’ll help you work through it.
During the session, we’ll cover:
some basic information about domestic and family violence and primary prevention
what THE STAND is and how your organisation can be involved
what a Domestic Violence Action Plan (DVAP) is
practical examples of actions organisations can take
ideas and tips to help you develop or strengthen your own DVAP
how to use NO MORE’s new online DVAP Builder
time for questions and discussion
A DVAP does not need to be complicated. It is simply a commitment to practical actions your organisation can take to help create safer workplaces, sporting clubs, businesses and communities.
You might already be doing more than you realise.
This session is suitable for businesses, sporting organisations, community groups, not-for-profits, government teams and other organisations interested in being part of the solution.
Already have a DVAP? You’re welcome too. Come along for ideas on how you can review, strengthen or build on your existing plan.
