The Startup Engine Workshop
Description
The Startup Engine Method Workshop
Most startups don't fail from a lack of passion, they fail because the fundamentals aren't solid:
Unclear revenue models
Weak financial logic
Poor understanding of risk
Unfocused route to market
So lets work through this together with The Startup Engine Method!
A practical framework that helps early-stage founders design, test and validate their business model before they commit years of effort to the wrong one.
In this hands-on workshop, you'll:
Design your Engine: map how your business creates and captures value, and compare revenue model options before locking one in
Simulate your financials using the FUEL model: pricing, margins, break-even and funding needs, stress-tested against real assumptions
Plan your path to product-market fit: with a critical-path roadmap and the milestones that actually matter
Led by our visiting friend A/Professor Todd Davey, with 20+ years advising founders, universities and governments including the European Commission and UNESCO.
Who it's for: Founders in their first or second year, or anyone yet to confirm problem-solution or product-market fit.
