Tending

A 3-Hour Spring Gathering

What needs tending?

Spring reminds us that growth isn't only about new beginnings.

After something begins to emerge, it asks for our care.

Not through striving.
Not through doing more.

But through the simple act of paying attention.

Tending is our second gathering for Spring and an invitation to slow down long enough to notice what is asking for your care.

Throughout our time together, we'll gently hold one simple question:

What needs tending?

Through guided reflection, gentle somatic practices, nervous system support and nourishing herbal tea, we'll create space to reconnect with yourself and the quiet wisdom of the season.

Spring is a season of possibility.

A gentle unfolding into possibility. A season to meet yourself with curiosity, tend to what is emerging with care, and discover what becomes possible when you move in rhythm with your own nature.

Together we'll explore what it means to nurture ourselves with the same patience and presence that nature offers new growth.

Not because we're trying to become someone different.

But because what is already emerging deserves our care.

Throughout our time together we may weave:

Following our gathering, you're warmly invited to stay for a relaxed community potluck. Bring a small plate to share if you'd like, or simply come as you are and enjoy connecting with others.

Early Bird: $44 NZD

Standard: $50 NZD (within two weeks of the event)

Places are intentionally limited to create an intimate and supportive space.

A deeper relationship with yourself.

My work is centred around something I believe shapes so much of how we experience life — the relationship we have with ourselves.

I create spaces where you can slow down, feel supported and safe enough to listen more deeply to yourself, while also being gently challenged to notice what may be keeping you stuck.

I believe the answers often come in the quiet. That rest, pause, reflection and stillness aren't things we need to earn, but important parts of knowing ourselves, trusting ourselves and recognising what we need in the season we're in.

The Still Point is an expression of this philosophy — seasonal gatherings and experiences inspired by the rhythms of nature and the cycles within ourselves. Each is an opportunity to pause, reconnect and explore what it means to live in a more intuitive and organic rhythm with yourself and the world around you.

My work draws from more than a decade of exploration, practice and training across Reiki, NLP, yoga, meditation, nervous system support and other integrative practices. I am a Reiki Teacher and Master Practitioner, Master NLP Practitioner and 500hr Blissology Yoga Teacher.

More than any one modality, I bring perspective, curiosity, compassion and a deeply human approach to the spaces I hold.
