Give feedback on a new play in development by Brave Little Company and Tee Zee Productions!
When a group of traveling performers find themselves in a hostile situation, they appeal to the humanity of the local community. Using Shakespeare’s texts, the play will invite audience members to step into the shoes of refugees, immigrants, and outsiders. The Strangers' Case is a new work by Tazeen Zahida.
The Strangers’ Case is funded in part by a Shakespeare in American Communities Grant, a program of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with Arts Midwest. This public reading is funded in part by the City of Houston through Houston Arts Alliance.
