The Studio Program: Saturday Session
Description
Painting + Drawing: A full day of studio time. Bring a project you're already into, reference material, or start something new. Sessions with Kate Coyne are built around individual practice, not a shared exercise. Starting with some warm-up drawing, sessions are structured independently around the room. Develop confidence with colour, materials and composition while exploring contemporary and traditional approaches to drawing and painting. Strengthen observation, visual thinking and expressive mark-making through practical studio-based exercises. Suitable for beginners, returning artists and experienced makers alike. Booking is essential. Book early to guarantee a place.
Places are limited to 10 participants per session.

About us
The Studio Program is presented in association with Clifton School of Arts, a home for the arts, learning and community in the Northern Illawarra since 1880. Our workshops support their fundraising efforts.
This association matters to us. CSA is one of the region's most significant cultural organisations, managed entirely by volunteers and sustained by the generosity of its members and supporters. The Studio Program is proud to contribute to that community — bringing a new generation of participants through its doors and supporting the ongoing life of a place that has always believed in the importance of creativity.
