THE SUNDAY FIX

Feel Better. Live Better.

🏃‍♀️ 🌬️ ❄️ 🧘🏼‍♀️ ☕️ 🎧

Run / Walk · Breathwork · Ice Bath · Yoga · Coffee · DJ

Bundaberg, It's Wellness Party Time Again !!

Sunday mornings just got better.

The Sunday Fix brings together movement, breath, cold exposure, yoga, music, coffee and community for a morning designed to make you feel better.

Run, walk, bring the kids, meet your friends, move your body, take a breath, jump in the ice and stay for the coffee and music.

Come for the experience. Stay for the feeling.

🏃‍♀️ RUN / WALK / TALK

Due to the closure of the foot bridge, the schedule will be moved around to replace this section

We kick things off with our casual Run / Walk / Talk.

Run, jog or walk the 4km out-and-back route at your own pace. Go as far as you like, turn around when you're ready and enjoy the morning.

Bring your mates, bring the family, bring the pram or come solo.

No pace to chase. No pressure. Just move. And enjoy yourself.

🌬️ BREATHWORK

Once we've moved, we slow things down.

Join Ando for a guided breathwork session designed to bring your attention inward, settle the body and create a little space from the noise of everyday life.

No experience necessary.

Just breathe. Relax. Unwind

❄️ ICE BATH

Then we go cold.

Step into the ice and challenge yourself to stay present, breathe through the experience and discover what you're capable of.

Whether it's your first time or you're already a regular, the ice is there for you to experience at your own pace.

Cold. Clear. Invigorating.

🧘🏼‍♀️ YOGA

With Katie — Happiness Yoga

After the cold, we slow it down.

Katie guides you through a grounding yoga flow designed to bring movement back into the body, open the breath and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready for the rest of your Sunday.

Accessible, considered and suitable for all levels.

☕️ COFFEE

Because a Sunday morning isn't complete without good coffee.

Grab a cup, catch up with friends, meet someone new and settle into the atmosphere.

Stay a while.

🎧 LIVE DJ

The soundtrack to your Sunday.

Our DJ keeps the music moving throughout the morning — bringing energy, atmosphere and a little bit of fun to the experience.

Move, dance, hang out or simply enjoy the music.

It's your Sunday.

🥗 FOOD, FITNESS & WELLNESS

We'll also have a selection of local food, fitness and wellness businesses joining us throughout the morning.

Discover something new, grab something good to eat and connect with some of the people making great things happen in our community.

MORE THAN A RUN CLUB.

The Sunday Fix is a morning built around good things.

Movement.
Breath.
Cold.
Music.
Coffee.
Connection.

It's about getting your fix of the good stuff and starting your Sunday feeling refreshed, connected and ready for the week ahead.

Come solo.
Bring your crew.
Bring the family.

Everyone is welcome.
