The Sunday Session
Description
The Sunday Session
A monthly space to come home to your body, with a room of women doing the same.
Who it's for: Women who are fed up, burnt out, and tired of putting everyone else first. Women who feel numb, checked out, stuck looping the same thoughts in their own head. Women craving real connection, with themselves and with other women, in a room that isn't performing anything.
The Sunday Session:
You know the loop. Overthinking it. Deciding, undeciding. Putting everyone else first without even clocking you're doing it. Numb some days, resentful on others, either way checked out of your own body.
The Sunday Session is a monthly space to come out of your head and back into your body, with a small group of women doing exactly the same thing.
We share what's real. We move through somatic practice together, breath, movement, stillness, whatever the room's actually asking for that day. You'll be guided to feel what's happening in your body instead of thinking around it, and to connect with the women next to you while you're doing it. Real, grounded, no script read the same way twice.
This isn't the deeper work I do in my longer containers. It's simple. It's a space to reconnect and reset, not to process everything at once.
Women who've been in the room describe it as no masks, just real, raw, authentic connection, sitting with women who feel safe enough to be that open.
Who this isn't for: If you're after a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or clinical support, this isn't that space, and you deserve someone qualified to give you that instead.
