✨ Somatic 'Energy Shower' Workshop
Begin the evening with a guided somatic experience to ground into your body, explore your emotional landscape, and release anything no longer serving you. This is your chance to express rawness, liberate stagnancy, and embody freedom. For our first Temple of Flow, we will be exploring the element if the breath.

✨ Social Connection & Elixir Bar
Take time to connect and share in a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy offerings from our elixir bar, including herbal cocktails, ceremonial cacao, and wholesome treats.

✨ The Ceremony of The Lily + The Rose
We’ll share in the power of the sacred plant medicines; Blue Lily and Rose to deepen our connection to self, others, and the collective energy of the evening.

✨ Ecstatic Dance Journey
Surrender to the rhythm of a live 1.5-hour ecstatic dance session. This musical journey weaves tribal beats, house grooves, hypnotic techno, trance, and world music, guiding you from grounded stillness to soaring bassy heights, and back to deep inner calm.

✨ Sound Healing & Guided Meditation
Close your dance journey with a blissful sound bath and guided meditation to anchor your experience and integrate the magic.

✨ Chill Beats & Social Time
The evening will wind down with mellow beats and an open space to connect, reflect, and enjoy each other's company before we close the event.

This is a substance-free space. Let’s honour each other’s personal space, seek permission before physical contact, and co-create a safe, respectful, and vibrant energy. While kids are welcome, this event is best suited for adults seeking a fully immersive experience.
