The Threshold is a sacred 12-week mentorship container for women who feel ready to honour that call.

This space is designed to support you as you move through the inner shifts required to live in alignment with your true soul frequency — while also giving you the practical tools to begin bringing your gifts and offerings into the world.

Over 12 weeks we journey together in a supportive and nurturing space where you are guided to reconnect with your inner truth, regulate your nervous system, and gently move beyond the comfort zones that may have been holding you back.

This mentorship blends energetic alignment with grounded action.

You will receive support with both the inner transformation and the practical creation of your offerings.

Studio Space to Facilitate Your Offerings

Participants will also have access to studio space where you can begin facilitating your own workshops, sessions or events in a supportive environment.

This allows you to practice stepping into your leadership while being held within the container.
