The Tools® For Everyone

The Tools® for Everyone is an ongoing monthly group designed to help you actually use the Tools in your real life.

Each session is guided but interactive. Participants are invited to bring questions, challenges, and real situations—from relationships to work to creative blocks—and we’ll work on them together.

Alongside the foundational Tools, you’ll also be introduced to additional practices from my book, Facing Madame X, expanding what’s possible in your day-to-day life.

You’ll receive direct guidance, personalized feedback, and the benefit of hearing how others are using the Tools, often discovering that the very issue you’re struggling with is shared by someone else in the room.

There’s something powerful about doing this work in a group: over time, it becomes a form of accountability and support. A place where you show up, do the work, and build the habit of moving forward, no matter what your inner resistance, Part X, is saying.
