The Transferable Laws of Excellence | A High Performance in Business Event - Hosted by Rowing NSW and BREWYD
Overview
What separates elite performers from the rest, whether sprinting off the beach or leading a global business, isn't talent alone. It's the mindset, systems and behaviours that enable consistent performance under pressure.
This exclusive evening brings together rowing leaders, coaches, high-performance practitioners and senior business leaders, C-suite executives, founders, presidents and managing directors, for an evening of insight, discussion and networking. Drawing on the latest research in behavioural science, sports psychology and human performance, the session explores how world class athletes and world class organisations build sustained excellence, and how those same principles apply to leadership, culture and performance, on the sand and in the boardroom.
Guests will hear from leading voices across elite sport, rowing leadership and business, including a panel discussion, "The Science of Elite Performance: From World Championship Athletes to Billion Dollar Companies."
Proceeds from the evening will help fund an eight week high performance development program for elite level beach sprint rowers, facilitated by World Champion, Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games coaches. By joining us, you're not just securing your seat, you're helping build the next generation of Australian beach sprint talent.

Warren Anderson
Warren Anderson is recognised globally as a leader in Human Performance Systems. He has built, scaled and run businesses across the globe, including in the US, China, India and here in Australia, and has built some of the largest High-Performance programs in both business and sport. Warren is driven by the belief that the same systems built for elite athletes can be applied to optimise business performance. The best companies in the world are run on the same principles used to build the best athletes in the world: systems grounded in facts, in Sports Science, Neuroscience and Behavioural Analytics, not guesswork. Four years ago, Warren backed BREWYD financially to get it off the ground and now leads the company as CEO. BREWYD's model connects global business with athletes who need support, funding athlete development through business partnerships, with Australian triathlete Luke Willian's Paris Olympic qualification as proof the model works. At the core of BREWYD's approach is the Human Stack, a framework built across six layers, from leadership and the individual through to team, process, human performance and AI augmentation, that gives organisations a way to identify what their best people actually do differently and build the systems to replicate it. He sits on various government and commercial boards as an expert in human performance and transformation, and has worked and presented alongside elite Australian athletes, including Craig Alexander, Ash Barty, Emma McKeon and Anna Meares.
