The Tree of Life

This documentary will be screened on Saturday, October 12 at 7:00pm at Central Stage

The Tree of Life documentary is about the children who play as amateur actors in movies, children who experience fame in their childhood, and whose lives will take many changes in their adulthood. These changes can be a continuation of their career in acting, or they can be mental and spiritual changes, and behavioral contradictions. Brothers, Babak and Ahmad Ahmadpour, child actors of the movie “Where is the friend’s Home?” made by Abbas Kiarostami, are examples of these kinds of situations that this documentary movie is about.

هومن بابانوروزی کارگردان فیلم «درخت زندگی» که این روزها در گروه #هنروتجربه روی پرده است درباره این فیلم به ایسنا گفت: ما کار این مستند را از سال ۱۳۹۶ و یک سال بعد از فقدان عباس کیارستمی شروع کردیم. در ابتدا، کار را فقط با یک ایده و فکر اولیه شروع کردیم.من در فضای مجازی با برادران احمد پور آشنا شدم و در ارتباط بودیو همین  ارتباط سبب جرقه ایده این فیلم در ذهنم شد که سرانجام بچه‌هایی که بازیگر می‌شوند یا کودکان نابازیگر چه می‌شود.
