- Can you cater for special dietary requirements?
Absolutely! We want everyone to enjoy the Melbourne Cup Day experience. Please let us know about any special dietary requirements or food allergies by emailing our events team functions@bribiersl.com.au.
We can accommodate on the day however an additional charge will occur.
- Is there a dress code?
Melbourne Cup Day is all about dressing up! Race-day attire is encouraged, so think fascinators, fabulous dresses, sharp suits and plenty of colour.
- Is this event 18+?
As alcohol is included in the event package, age restrictions apply. Please check the event booking information for the applicable entry requirements.
- Is there a ticket available for carers or companions?
If you require a carer or companion to attend the event with you, please contact our event team functions@bribiersl.com.au prior to booking to discuss your requirements and available ticket options.

- What happens if I arrive late to the event?
What happens if I arrive late to the event?
To ensure the event runs smoothly, meals will be served at set times and cannot be held for guests who arrive late. If you arrive after a meal service has finished, we may not be able to provide that course. Late arrival may therefore affect your dining experience. We recommend arriving from 11:00am when doors open to ensure you don't miss any part of the day.
