Event description

Hello beautiful souls,

Every first Sunday of the month, I like to create something and hold a sacred space for curious explorations with a theme. And afterwards, a shared vegan lunch. This space is facilitated with an intentional soundscape to drop into your body and let yourself be guided by it. Other ways such as art supplies and intuitive reading will also be presented. Some people like to bring something to write in their experiences for deeper integration and reflection.

The month of May brings: Unapologetic Me. It came to me as I am stepping more and more into being me without giving a f. I love feeling confident of being my beautiful full self, without restrictions, worries, fears and or judgements. We will focus on unlocking your unapologetic self. What does that look like for you? What gets in the way? Let us be creative, curious, and playful in exploring what this means.

The workshop consists of 2.5 hours of guided movement, activities and music to facilitate this embodied expression of self. Followed by a shared lunch to allow integration, digestion and just some natural socialising to happen.

Price: (vegan lunch included)

Full fee: 33,-

Concession:27 ,-

Places are limited maximum of 8 people. So that it can be a small intimate group for safe explorations. This is an alcohol and drug-free event for adults only. No prior dance/movement experience is needed.

What to bring:
I invite you to bring and or wear anything that feels and connects with your unapologetic self. The clothes will also be comfortable to move in. A water bottle and a towel. And cushions or other comfortable items to aid ease and gentleness for our bodies.

About the facilitator:

Merieke has a unique wisdom of the body, mind and soul. She is a certified Open Floor conscious movement teacher and registered psychologist. She works as an integrated therapist and coach. Always striving to find ways to bring alignment and balance between all parts of ourselves so that you can fully call yourself at home. She is particularly interested in teaching to bypass some of our subconscious (generational and/or societal) patterns, which hold us stuck energetically to live our lives fully. She is experienced in holding groups as well as individuals.
