The Unshedding

The Unshedding is a morning created for those who are finally ready to stop carrying what no longer belongs to them.

This is a space for truth, courage, and the kind of inner work that gently but powerfully shifts the course of your life.

We begin by analysing and dissecting the areas of our lives that feel out of balance, the patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that keep us stuck.

This part of the morning is raw, honest, and deeply revealing. It’s not about judgement; it’s about understanding yourself with compassion and clarity so you can choose differently.

Once we’ve uncovered what needs to shift, we move into intentional breathwork. Here, we meet our fears with softness, acknowledge our challenges with honesty, and give thanks for the wisdom they’ve offered.

This breathwork journey supports you in releasing old layers, reconnecting with your truth, and realigning your nervous system with who you are becoming.

To close, we settle into a restorative frequency and sound healing session, allowing the nervous system to calm, integrate, and anchor the insights of the morning.

This is the work that changes things. This is the moment you choose you.

This will be a small group of no more than 10, to ensure each person feels seen, heard and held.

Healing Session Consent:
I, hereby consent to participate in sessions provided by Loretta at Me Mystique & I. I understand sessions may include hands-on healing, breathwork, frequency healing, sound healing, guided counselling and meditation, and are delivered using wireless headsets. I am voluntarily choosing to engage in these practices.

Nature of Healing Session:
I understand healing sessions may involve non-traditional or complementary methods, including hands-on healing, and the effectiveness of such methods may vary from person to person. Loretta at Me Mystique & I make no guarantees or promises regarding the outcome of the sessions.

Hands-On Healing:
I acknowledge hands-on healing may involve gentle physical contact, and I am comfortable with and consent to such touch during the session. I understand the intention of hands-on healing is to facilitate the flow of energy and promote well-being.

Acknowledgment of Risks:
I acknowledge there may be risks associated with participating in hands-on healing, as well as breathwork, frequency healing, sound healing, and meditation, including but not limited to physical or emotional discomfort. I agree to communicate openly with Loretta at Me Mystique & I about any concerns or experiences during the session.

Personal Responsibility:
I understand that I am responsible for my own well-being during and after sessions. I agree to inform Loretta at Me Mystique & I of any pre-existing medical conditions, medications, or concerns that may affect my ability to participate in the healing session.

Confidentiality:
I understand that the information shared during the session will be kept confidential unless required by law. Loretta at Me Mystique & I will not disclose personal information without my explicit consent.

Emergency Procedures:
In the event of an emergency during the session, Loretta at Me Mystique & I is authorised to take necessary action, including seeking medical assistance, and I agree to cover any associated costs.

Wireless Headsets:
I acknowledge the use of wireless headsets during sessions may involve certain known and unknown risks. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform Loretta at Me Mystique & I of any pre-existing medical conditions, including hearing impairments, mental health conditions or implanted medical devices, prior to participating. I agree to communicate openly any concerns or adverse reactions experienced during the session and to discontinue use immediately if necessary. I further acknowledge despite reasonable precautions, unforeseen risks may arise, and I accept full responsibility for my participation.
