Her work spans collaborations with government bodies, Fortune 500 companies, and startups, and she is a sought-after speaker and educator in the Asia-Pacific region
Dr Mikaela Owen is a Lecturer at the University of South Australia in the Justice & Society unit. She holds a PhD in Psychology and focuses her research on psychosocial risks, workplace stress, and the health and wellbeing of university students and workers. Her work explores how organisational environments impact mental health, and she has contributed extensively to research on psychosocial safety climate and occupational risk across Australian sectors
