The Value of Native Pastures: Enhancing Grazing Systems for the Future

Do you understand the value and potential of native grasslands in the Midlands Biodiversity Hotspot? Have you considered how farm management practices impact these grasslands and the species that rely on them? Through practical demonstrations and expert insights, farmers and experts will come together at this workshop to gain a deeper understanding of how native grasslands support long-term farm resilience, and how native pastures can serve as productive, low-input assets when properly managed.

Hear from Peter Ball, Enviro-Dynamics, an expert in grazing and pasture management, and renowned veterinarian Dr. Bruce Jackson, about the benefits of native grasses, including drought buffering and seasonal resting.
