Event description
- By registering and participating in The Virtus Cup, the participant hereby declares and warrants that they are over the age of 15.
- In the event that the participant is under the age of 18, they affirm that they have obtained the explicit permission of their parent or legal guardian to participate and to be responsible for drop off and pick up at the venue. It will be assumed by the organisers of The Virtus Cup that by your participation, you have obtained their consent.
- Each parish team is solely responsible for the safeguarding of minors associated with their team. This includes obtaining any appropriate written consent.
- By registering and participating in The Virtus Cup, you and/or your parent or legal guardian release the organisers of the event from any liability that may arise as a result of or in connection to your participation in the The Virtus Cup.
