Event description

The Way of the Warrior:
Is often associated to a set of principles and traditional codes that were put in place to guide the life and conduct of a Warrior.
While specific codes may vary across different cultures and time periods, some common elements were;

Courage, Honour, Loyalty, Discipline, Respect, Justice, Self-improvement, Service and Wisdom.

Unfortunately as society has shifted and changed, so has our collective focus and internal compass.
Leaving us in a day and age, where our morals and values have lost these once highly esteemed and sought after ways of living and ethical pursuits.

As a result, many of us men find ourselves in a place where our lives not only reflect a loss of these moral qualities and structures, but they also lack the access and opportunity to develop and nurture ones that do.

Where does this leave us?
We are now in a time where testosterone levels are at the lowest they’ve ever been, mental health, drug addiction and male suicide rates are at their highest, and male sexual dysfunction more prevalent than ever. Not to mention the breakdown of family structures, high divorce rates, infidelity and promiscuity.

What does this tell us?
That many of us have lost our connection to healthy, powerful, focused, courageous and honourable masculinity.
The kind that supports a strong, healthy and purpose-led life, full of growth, impact, recognition, and meaningful relationships and endeavours.

This full day workshop is designed to:
Bring you back into a deeper and more fully integrated and embodied connection to your power, courage and discipline, as well as a healthy balance of compassion, openness and selfless service to your mission and those around you.

What this entails:

A number of group processes, embodiment exercises and rituals that will help you integrate these parts of yourself, so that you can then begin to walk this journey with greater strength, authority and integrity.
