The Wayshower Circle is a monthly gathering for women who are ready to create space for themselves, connect meaningfully with others and continue their journey of personal growth and self-discovery.

In our busy lives, we don’t often give ourselves permission to slow down, reflect and have the conversations that really matter. The Wayshower Circle has been created to provide exactly that space.

Each gathering will bring together a small community of like-minded women in a calm, relaxed and welcoming environment. Through facilitated conversations, reflection and shared learning, we’ll explore different themes around life, leadership, relationships, self-awareness, confidence, wellbeing and navigating change.

You don’t need to arrive with answers. You don’t need to have everything figured out. And you certainly don’t need to be anyone other than yourself.

Your Circle Facilitator

The Wayshower Circle is facilitated by Veronica Smith, an experienced facilitator, coach, mediator and leadership practitioner.

Veronica has spent more than 30 years working with people, leaders and communities and understands the importance of creating environments where trust can develop and meaningful conversations can happen. She brings warmth, curiosity and thoughtful facilitation to each Circle, while allowing the collective wisdom and experiences of the women in the room to shape the conversation.

The Wayshower Circle is for women who are curious about themselves and others, value authentic connection and believe there is always more to learn.

You may be navigating change, exploring what’s next, developing as a leader, looking for greater clarity or simply wanting to connect with women who enjoy conversations that go a little deeper.

What is a “Wayshower”?

A Wayshower is a conscious leader who leads by example, showing the way through mindful action, self-awareness and purpose. Grounded in Integrity, Compassion and Wisdom, a Wayshower has the courage to make conscious choices, embrace growth and stand authentically in who they are. They inspire others not simply through what they say, but through how they choose to live, lead and respond.
