Come find out and join us for a morning of community breathwork and meditation on the beach followed by a hot drink at Foam Cafe!

Stress is well-known to be the biggest contributing factor to inflammation - the precursor to all dis-ease in the body. A lot of the symptoms we experience today, are signs and messages of a dysregulated nervous system. 

When we understand that the breath alters our whole physiology and biology and offers a doorway into regulating our state, things get exciting.

It's time to connect back in with the intelligence of your body so that you can start unwinding accumulated stored stress and tension, and access the authentic, present and regulated person I know deep down you ARE.

These sessions are an opportunity for us to gather together as community and offer a space for you to try breathwork, especially if it's your first time but what keeps people coming back to these events is the diversity, the true care and support, and the incredible people you'll meet along the way.

A special note about the updated energy exchange of $15

Dear friends and supporters,

As many of you know, I have been running free community events in Perth for three years. These events have always been a labour of love, driven by passion to create a space where everyone feels welcomed exactly as they are.

While these events have traditionally been free, I've seen and experienced firsthand the profound and complex exchange of energy that occurs in these spaces—an exchange that goes beyond monetary value.

To ensure that I can continue offering these enriching experiences sustainably and to keep them accessible, I've made a decision that wasn't easy but necessary.

Moving forward and starting this weekend, there will be a modest energy exchange of $15 for our community events.

With your ticket you will automatically become a treasured member of this community and there will be a special gift for the first 50 founding members or ticketholders.  

I trust that you can feel the intention behind this change from my heart to yours, and believe that it will support our community in growing together in a potentially smaller but more aligned, and closer than ever way.

Whilst I’m afraid to let some of you down with this change I also know I need to trust in the bigger vision I have for this community.
