UC Medical and Counselling Centre is running a FREE weekly psych skill workshop for UC students. Each week one of our Psychologists will work with students on building a new set of skills and the tools to manage a range of challenges students face today – such as goal setting, connecting with others, managing stress, and overcoming procrastination.
