The White Elephant Ball 2026

It is our pleasure to invite you to the 12th White Elephant Ball, raising funds for youth mental health charity batyr. Every dollar raised from the Ball stays within the Tamworth community, helping to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and empower young people to seek support when they need it.

This year's theme is Starry Night (think starlit skies, Van Gogh inspired swirls, deep blues and gold accents) so gather your herd, embrace the magic of the evening, and get ready for a night to remember.

Your ticket includes a welcome drink on arrival, canapés, a buffet dinner, and a five-hour beverage package featuring beer, wine, sparkling, and a variety of delicious non-alcoholic options. As always, we'll have an incredible lineup of raffle and auction prizes, fantastic live entertainment to keep you dancing all night, and a few special surprises along the way.

Tickets: General Information – Please Read

• General Admission: $195 per person + booking fee.

• Until 25 September, tickets are available only in groups of 2, 5 or 10 to assist with table allocations. Single tickets will become available from 25 September.

• If you would like to be seated with friends who are purchasing tickets separately, you must provide the booking name of the other ticket holder(s) at the time of purchase. Guests will otherwise be seated with the group included in their original booking.

Early Bird Tickets – Save 10%

• Purchase your tickets by 4 September to receive a 10% Early Bird discount.

• Early Bird ticket sales close on 4 September.
