LIVE Performance: Interactive Q&A Session

Touring Southern Tasmania – JUNE 2025

Prepare for a powerful and inspiring experience, of bold, youth-led storytelling coming to Southern Tasmania.

Renowned for their raw, authentic performances and commitment to social change through the arts, these Melbourne-based companies are set to deliver unforgettable theatre that challenges, connects, and empowers.

This is a rare opportunity for students, educators, and community members to engage with theatre that challenges, heals, and empowers.

Through live performances, interactive audience sessions, and creative workshops, the Company invites participants to explore how theatre, music, and visual art can express youth voices and drive social change.

The Wind Settles

It’s like a big wind has swept us up and dumped us worlds apart.
We could run right past each other and never know…

A group of 6 teenagers struggle with issues such as homelessness, transience, out of home care, consent, sexual identity, mental health, school refusal ... just a few of the shadows that keep them on the run from themselves.

They need the wind to settle, be still. Just so they can catch their breath.

Interweaving true to life stories with songs, humour and hope,
The Wind Settles’ is a journey of connection with others who don’t ‘fit’ and ultimately with oneself. If we look hard enough and for long enough, we can discover and celebrate all of who we really are…
