Embodied Healing |Unlocking The Wisdom of Your Body | 10 Week Online Therapeutic Support Group
Reconnecting with the body as a place of wisdom, healing, and safety.
Join a small, intimate circle of women for a transformative 10 week journey of reconnecting with your body. Together, we’ll explore how trauma, stress, pain, and disconnection live in the body, and learn how to return to safety within ourselves through guided discussion, somatic exercises and group sharing.
When shame, abuse, betrayal, trauma, and illness force the body into survival mode, many of us check out or go numb. It’s not weakness. It’s how your body protected herself through overwhelm. But staying in that state cuts you off from her wisdom long after the danger has passed.
If you’re ready to re-engage with your body, hear her voice, and learn what she has to teach, I’d love to have you join me.

This space is for you if you;
✨ Seek to grow emotionally and spiritually and are comfortable sharing with others in an intimate setting.
✨ Feel disconnected from your own body
✨ Have been sexually or physically abused, betrayed or harmed.
✨ Carry stress or trauma that shows up physically
✨ Struggle with appearance or body image concerns
✨ Notice emotions that seem to live in your body but you can’t name
✨ Live with chronic or unexplained physical pain
✨ Have felt shame, pressure, or harm from oppressive systems tied to your body
✨ Have experienced medical trauma
✨ Want a more embodied, honest relationship with sex and sensuality
✨ Long to feel whole in body, mind, and spirit again
What to expect
This online therapeutic support group creates a sanctuary where your body’s experience are honoured rather than overridden. We’ll work through the ideas of psychologist Hillary McBride, drawing on her books The Wisdom of the Body and Practices for Embodied Living.
Together we will learn how to return to the wisdom of our body whilst exploring practical, embodied healing practices in the presence of others doing the same sacred work. This isn’t about fixing or perfecting your body, it’s about learning to live inside it again, with curiosity and care.
As we journey together in safety and trust you will have the opportunity to;
💫 Reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom
💫 Understand how stress and trauma live in the body
💫 Soften shame around appearance and image
💫 Recognise emotions as they show up physically
💫 Explore the roots of physical pain
💫 Name how oppressive structures shape our bodies
💫 Approach sex and sensuality from an embodied place
💫 Heal the spirit through embodied practice
Group Details & Program
This is a carefully curated, supportive community for those ready to embrace an embodied way of living. Given the vulnerability required to do this work, we maintain a closed, confidential group structure. New members can only join during the first two weeks to preserve the safety and trust essential for deep healing work.
To honour the needs of sensitive, empathic, introverted, and neurodiverse participants, we limit attendance to a maximum of 7 women. This intimate size ensures everyone receives the attention and care they deserve. Women of all ages, life stages, faith and cultural backgrounds are warmly welcomed.

An Investment in Your Healing
Spending on yourself can bring up emotions of guilt or doubt, especially when it comes to healing pain that’s caused immense shame and loss of self.
Your investment of $590 includes 10 weeks of guided therapeutic support.
• 15-20 hours of dedicated group support, slow enough to actually settle in and consistent enough with a weekly schedule so that your growth and healing is accumulative.
• A small group setting of other women on a similar journey.
• Continuity. the same faces each week, which trauma healing often needs
• Shared witnessing in a small group, something individual therapy alone doesn’t offer
Group work doesn’t replace one-on-one therapy. It adds something different: being reflected back by other women walking a similar path, and a chance to practice trust somewhere built for it.
Financial constraints should never prevent healing. Payment plans and sliding scale options are available for anyone facing economic hardship. Select the Expression of Interest ticket, or reach out confidentially to talk through what could work for you.
Testimonials
Candy has an awe-inspiring skillset and the most amazing capacity to hold space and ensure you are seen, heard and validated. I highly recommend Candy's Support Groups.
Candy was an absolute amazing host. Her Women’s Circle was a wonderful experience. I got to know about my body a lot more and deeper, and I felt re-connected in a special way.
